We opened our doors 8 years ago with a vision to form a community of like-minded athletes. Naturally we’ve evolved and grown over the years, but some things will always remain; our growth mindset, a collective desire to keep our bodies moving, and our double garage doors that allow us to enjoy the PNW weather (good and bad) while we get our sweat on. Whether you’re thinking of joining or you’ve been here from the first set, we are glad you’re here.  

hiit classes

Our group fitness classes are HIIT (high intensity interval training) circuit workouts. The benefits of HIIT workouts are unmatched. They are specifically designed to get your heart rate up, build strength and get you in and out of the gym in as little time as possible. We make our time in class count so you can enjoy your family, friends and other passions beyond the gym. 

WHO RUNS THE SHOW?

Our trainers come from varying backgrounds and bring different perspectives, allowing them to proficiently lead you through safe, effective and engaging workouts. Catering to each member’s individual needs is a priority for our trainers, resulting in a better experience.

  • Yes, absolutely! We offer a 7 day unlimited pass for $20.00 so you can get to know our gym and trainers. Sign up here! :)

  • No, we’ve created a variety of membership options ranging from punch cards to drop-ins to a specific number of classes per month. See membership options here.

  • Yes! We offer childcare for the 9:30am class every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. It is a donation based program!
