SPIRIT WEEK JULY 21st - July 27th

Who can do it best!? Dress up to not only check boxes on the July Bingo card, but also win prizes and gain major bragging rights!

🌴Monday: Tropic Like It’s Hot

Theme: Hawaiian shirts, leis, sunglasses — tropical vibes only.
Challenge: Take a group selfie with your friends and tag JD Elite Fitness.
Incentive: Best tropical fit wins a free post-class electrolyte drink.

👯‍♀️Tuesday: Twin Tuesday

Theme: Match with your gym bestie — identical shirts, full outfits, even hair.
Challenge: Coach vote: Best Duo Look gets featured on our IG and wins a buddy pass.
Bonus: Triple wins if your third twin is your coach

🧦Wednesday: Wild Sock Wednesday

Theme: Wild, tall, bright, fuzzy — the louder the sock, the better.
Challenge: Do one round of your workout sock-only (no shoes!) if you dare.
Incentive: Most ridiculous socks win a pair of lululemon socks.

🕺🏽THURSDAY: THROWBACK THURSDAY

Theme: Vintage gym tees, retro gear, throwback jerseys or high school PE vibes.
Challenge: Share a throwback fitness photo on Instagram and tag us for a chance to win retro merch!
Incentive: Coaches will rock their oldest workout gear, too — who wore it best?

🌈Friday: Color War Friday

Theme: Dress in your class color:

  • 5:30am = Blue

  • 6:30am = Green

  • 9:30am = Pink

  • 12:00pm = Yellow

Challenge: Class with the highest color participation wins a group photo on the gym wall + bragging rights for the month.
Incentive: Surprise raffle for one participant from the winning class!

🎽Saturday: Sweat & Swag Saturday

Theme: Wear your JD Elite merch, favorite fitness brand, or custom team gear.
Challenge: Tag us in your swagged-out look and tell us what the gym means to you.
Incentive: 1 lucky post will win a free class credit or discount off next month!

🧘🏽Soulful Sunday

Theme: Wear something that brings you peace—earth colors, matching sets, soft fabrics.
Challenge: Write one thing you're grateful for on our community chalk board.
Incentive: One person in attendance will win coffee and treat to ROAM coffee bar from our gym team!

Forward 45 fitness challenge

  1. Workout 45 minutes daily

  2. Walk or run 1 mile daily

  3. Eat .7 grams of protein per lb body weight daily

  4. Drink 2/3 body weight in ounces of water daily

  5. 30 second cold plunge or shower daily

  6. No alcohol and/or no social media

  7. Attend 20 JD Elite classes total (3x week average)

At the beginning of 2024 we created the Forward 45 Challenge because we wanted a sustainable fitness challenge that created positive habits through discipline, hard work and fueling your body without extreme restrictions. Though the water and protein intake is very specific, we want to remind you that we are looking for progress over perfection. Add a protein into each meal, drink a cup of water before your coffee, walk the dog after work. Work towards your estimated protein/water intake and count it if you are within 10-15 grams/ounces. Again, working towards the goal is what we are looking for. Don’t get hung up on the numbers.
