Hey JD Elite Family,

We've got lots going on this month so we are going to jump right into it with upcoming classes you won't want to miss!

  • Yoga w/ Jordan: Sunday, March 3rd - 10:00am

  • St. Patty's Day Class w/ Zoe: Saturday, March 16th - 8:30am. All green everything. Party lights, attire and green juice following class!

  • Easter Egg Dash Workout: Saturday, March 30th - 8:30am

We knew this day would come eventually as Heath has been busy the last year growing his business. We are beyond thankful for the impact he has had on this community and wish him only the best! If you haven't already, check out Heath's barber shop - Main's Hair Studio. βœ‚οΈ

You will be seeing a new face shadowing the morning classes and popping into various other classes through out the day. Tawnie recently moved from Coronado, CA and is in training to join the JD Team. We are thrilled to have her and we know she is excited to get to know all of you. Welcome Tawnie!

Yoga with Jordan - The first Sunday of every month

Join Jordan here at JD Elite Fitness to explore how yoga can support physical restoration & recovery. Jordan's expertise in trauma-informed yoga and a blend of Hatha/Vinyasa flows creates a haven for hard exercisers who often neglect stretching. This class emphasizes the power of breathwork, synchronizing breath with movement, and skillfully crafted stretches to address targeted areas in the body. Immerse yourself in the therapeutic rhythm of breath and body connection, to create more space for your body to move freely, and your mind to relax. 

  • Starting this Sunday, March 3rd - 10:00am-11:00am

  • Please bring your own mat if you have one. We have about 10 to loan out!

A couple things to make note of... ✏️

Programming for March:

  • Monday/Wednesday/Friday - Upper body πŸ’ͺ🏼

  • Tuesday/Thursday - Lower body 🦡

  • Saturday - Full body πŸ‹οΈ

Saturday Class:
Just a reminder that we are back to a single 8:30am class on Saturday's. Please continue to sign up for class ahead of time so our trainers can be prepared for you! Thank you! 😊
